What is Releventful and how will I use it?
Releventful is our helpful wedding planning software. You will receive a
link to sign up for the client portal. We will walk you through the tools we use during your first consultation.
Do you have a Day of Coordinator?
Our Day-of Coordinator is there to ensure your wedding day feels smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable from start to finish. They act as your main point of contact, working behind the scenes to manage your timeline, coordinate with vendors, and handle all the little details so you don’t have to.
Can I bring my own food or alcohol to the venue?
We offer an amazing in-house catering program, but if you prefer to bring in your own licensed caterer, you’re welcome to do so as long as our catering minimum is met.
Outside alcohol is permitted, and The Garden Gate will provide a list of licensed bar service companies we know and trust that you are required to choose from.
What décor do you provide? What should I bring?
Your package includes centerpieces, room décor, and lots of additional upgrade options. Our mission is to make it easy on you, so we have a pretty amazing catalog of items to decorate with. If you would like to bring in your own decor, you may due so. Logistics will be planned during your first consultation.
How do we get a marriage license?
To get married in Utah, you need to apply for a marriage license and have the marriage solemnized. You can apply for a marriage license at any county clerk's office. Apply for the license no sooner than 32 days before the ceremony, or it will expire.
What is your Max Capacity?
We can comfortably seat 150 guests at the same time in the Dinning Room, 150 seated at the same time in the Ballroom, and 150 in the Courtyard.
